All information is confidential and securely stored. The easiest way to record your donation decision is on the NHS Organ Donor Register. You have a choice about donation and whatever you decide, it is important that you tell your family and friends, as it will make it easier for them to honour your decision. If you do not want to donate your organs and tissue, then you will need to record a decision not to donate (opt out) on the NHS Organ Donor Register. If you withdraw from the register, we will not have a donation decision recorded for you.
