One thing led to another and since 2004 Britta has run Treehotel Guesthouse. Now Britta is happily retired but still a co-owner and a part of Treehotel’s future plans. Treehotel is located in Harads, near the Lule River, about 100 kilometres from Luleå airport. The village has a population of about 600 and features a restaurant, shop and guest house.
